What is the big question?

What's it to be? In or Out? Yes or No? Actually, the big question looks as though it will be "Remain a member of the European Union" or "Leave the European Union". The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukdsi/2016/9780111142967) is still in draft form, so things could change before the referendum eventually takes place. But for now, it looks as though the choice will be to remain a member, or to leave.

As Liberal Democrats, we believe that the choice is a straightforward one to make. Remaining a member of the EU is the only way in which we can maintain our position on the world stage, and provides our best possible options for the future job security, economic welfare and personal rights of individuals.
